1. About us

This site is operated by FYRE ZONE LLC, registered in Georgia (identification number 445607175). Full details are at the bottom of this page. We manage short-term and long-term rental apartments in Batumi and rent them to guests directly.

2. Bookings and payment

The site is currently informational: there is no online payment or instant online booking. Inquiries and bookings are arranged over WhatsApp, Telegram, phone or email.

A booking is confirmed only once we confirm the dates, apartment and price to you in writing. Until then, dates are not considered reserved.

3. Prices

Prices on the site are indicative, shown in the selected currency, and may change. The price that applies is the one we confirm at booking. Currency conversions are shown for convenience and may differ from bank rates.

4. Guest obligations

Guests agree to provide accurate information, follow the house rules and check-in/check-out times, and treat the apartment with care. Parties and indoor smoking are not allowed. Guests are responsible for damage they cause.

5. Partner services

Transfers, tours and other add-on services are provided by vetted local partners. We act as an intermediary: the relevant partner is responsible for delivering the service under its own terms.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design and materials on this site belong to the company or are used with permission. Copying or commercial use without our consent is not permitted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, nor for interruptions of the site or third-party services (messengers, payment systems, hosting).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Batumi, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
